Michelle has given me great support in the process of determining priorities in my work life and helped me develop skills to work more effectively and lower stress. Her great questions and suggestions for “homework” allowed me to think about things I normally wouldn’t and develop skills that don’t come naturally, but really help me live well. I feel more confident moving my life ahead in new directions because of Michelle’s guidance in helping me know myself, my work style, and what I value most in life. Michelle didn’t do anything FOR me, but helped me help myself. She is a great resource and guide.
